I was considering going to see this doctor but after reading the exceedingly POOR reviews, especially about her staff, I wouldn't even consider it now! Dr. Hyde must not have her finger on the pulse (no pun intended) of her office if she's not aware of what's transpiring in her environment. Either that, or she simply doesn't care! (Or possibly she's intimidated by her staff.) What it all boils down to is it's all about POWER! Apparently, her employees don't feel valued so this is their way to wield power over others. Very sad. In reality, they are showing how petty they truly are. They are in a SERVICE industry and SHOULD be wanting to HELP people! After all, patients are there because they are needing a physician. Looking at it from a more personal perspective, they need to remember, patients are PAYING THEIR PAYCHECKS! It only stands to reason, if revenue goes down due to fewer and fewer patients, the need for staff goes lower, as well. Inefficiency in staff results in reduction in force and/or dismissal. Customer Service has disappeared in today's society. It is clear these employees need an attitude adjustment!

Dr, Hyde is very sweet and caring and sent me for all the tests I needed a referred me to the proper specialists. Unfortunatley her staff was the worst that I have ever encountered. I was in the waiting room for hours and the when I tried to get directions to the xray tech a mile or so away the woman would not write down the address, she would only tell me the street and landmaks. I ended up going to the wrong office because there was another on the same street a block away. I didn't realize what happened until the orthopedic specialist desk called asking for my slides, they had not received them yet:( Eventually I had to call Dr. Hydes office for results (because I was told that they would notify me of the results and it never happened). A staff member told me that it would take weeks to get an appointment to discuss my results that she had right in front of her and she said it was only arthritis.....She never told me what kind only to start taking advil for arthritis. I reminded her that I was only 30 years old and that advil for the rest of my life was all she could tell me?
This woman had no concern or sympathy and acted as if I was wasting her precious time. I never went back there. it is a shame, Dr. Hyde seems like a great doctor but her staff is terrible!
