Dr. Hale has excellent bedside manor. He's like a jolly grandfather! It's obvious he genuinely cares about his patients, and he always takes the time to thoroughly answer my questions. Always.

They seem to run late on appointments a lot, but for me that's merely a small annoyance. The front desk staff and Dr. Hale (not so much one of the nurses) are just so dang friendly and personable! :)
