I was pleased with the friendliness of the doctor. It is something I look for in health care providers. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. What I loved about their waiting room was the amazing chairs. They were so comfortable I almost fell asleep in them. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
