I feel like my appointment was a waste of time. I had an extremely long wait time of one hour and after inquiring of the unfriendly, unapologetic front desk employee, I was told that they did not know how much longer my wait would be. After more questions, I was told that there were several patients ahead of me, at which time I concluded that I would have to wait at least another hour. Upon hearing another patient's concern about her wait time, she was in the waiting room when I arrived, I decided to cancel my appointment. I am truly disgusted with the practice of Dr. Isaac's office, which is commonplace, according to his other patients. I did hear them offer two waiting patients an opportunity to see the PA if they wanted to be seen sooner; they declined, stating that they wanted to see Dr. Isaac. The AMA should start fining doctors who make their patients wait over an hour to be seen, except in the cases of emergencies, of course. Imaging being sick or in pain and sitting in the waiting room for two hours. This is just plain inconsiderate and disrespectful. Shame on you Dr. Isaac.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
