I definitely didn't make progress during my sessions. I actually think I'm worse than I was before I started going. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. The staff was very friendly and warm. They went out of their way to make me feel respected and cared for. There's been a few times where they've been late to my appointments. It was very frustrating, especially since I show up on time every time. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time.
