I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. The staff never remembers me though I've been coming there for last few years several times between me and my 3 kids. The receptionists are very rude, ignorant and extremely unsympathetic with a patient who isn't feeling well. They are more worried about putting on their makeup than providing good customer service. Every time me or my kids have needed medicine, it seemed to be a poor choice. We've had to go to minute clinics after seeing them to receive helpful medication. They do little to prevent the spreading of germs within the office. They force you to use a communal dry erase marker to fill out pointless symptom forms that never seem to be used for anything as you will still verbally have to explain your symptoms 3 other times at least. They also do not have separate waiting rooms for sick and well patients. Most of the time you do not even see a doctor, but a nurse practitioner.
