They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

Asked the price before entering to see the doctor. Was quoted $87 to see the doctor but ended up with a bill more then twice that amount. The office is staffed by nursing students and I only saw the doctor for 3 minutes. A nursing student brought back a script and never even saw the doctor again. I called the office and the woman that does the billing had no explanation for the fees except that the doctor did some sort of history on me in the 3 minutes. They had me fill out a medical history form, but never looked at it the entire time I was there and never asked for it back.
