They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They have always been on schedule. We are in and out quickly. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident in taking care of my child. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
