They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
