The wait time was beyond 3 hours. Went for a physicial before a surgical procedure and this office was supposed to forward my files to the surgeon. Each time I called, I was told by the staff that everything was taken care of. However, the surgery was almost cancelled because they had never sent the files. Finally, the files were sent the evening of a day before the surgery.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I had a great experience here and will most definitely refer them to others in need of an internist. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
