I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
