The doctor takes his time with me, and they generally don't mind answering my questions. Someo of the office staff is not as pleasant as they should be but I am sure they deal with very rude people all day long. I have been going here since 1984 so I feel since I feel like I am part of that family, I shouldn't get attitude right away. I have never caused trouble so I should not be given any attitude. I've never felt like an annoyance to the doctor matter how many questions I have. He has called me at home, if I see him outside the office I feel I can approach him. I try to keep personal away from office for him but he has helped me when I had no appointment. Their office equipment was in okay shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
