Prior to this last appointment with Dr. Costa, I would have given 4 stars - taking 1 away for punctuality - always an hour or 2 to see her. However, Since having merged with another firm, this past year's visit, I felt rushed & 2 of the minor procedures she performed ended up that the skin blistered & lesions were not properly removed - probably from doing it soooo quick. I never had issues in the past and have had same type of procedure done numerous times. In addition, since being billed from out of state company, the extra charges are much higher that previous.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
