Dr Hirsch was my physician before my medical coverage changed to Kaiser. I had complete trust in her and she was always right on top of things. Questions were always answered and explained thoroughly to me. and she was usually spot on with her diagnosis with me. I miss that trust that was built with her and wish she was still my physician. Don't confuse her quick speedy talk for rushing you, because that's just her personality, she doesn't rush her patients at all!

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. BUt I will stil go there. Moving would be great if they ever could one day. Because the staff and doctors are fantastic!!! I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

No, I didn't have to wait very long
