Dr. Smith and his staff are very caring and compassionate. Dr. Smith goes over the procedure thoroughly and explains what is going to happen and what recovery will be like. He has been the surgeon for a relative twice and the outcome from both procedures was excellent! He takes time to listen to the concerns of the patient and doesn't act like he is in a big hurry to move on to the next patient. We did not spend time waiting for him to show up, we were quickly taken to the exam room and only waited a couple of minutes.
