The customer service is very good to excellent. Most questions were thoroughly answered in multiple appointments with Dr. Boyle and/or his PA. Only those questions regarding the precise number of actual surgeries were approximated in both total number and total years. I also personally visited two other highly regarded Urologists, including one world renowned urological surgeon, before choosing Dr. Boyle. Dr. Boyle was very highly recommended by former patients, including a non-affiliated, practicing, surgeon who had also selected Dr. Boyle for his surgery, the same surgery I had. Post surgery follow-up was excellent, very considerate and professional. Dr. Boyle's PA is superb in knowledge and attitude. The full range of options following surgery were thoroughly discussed with both Dr. Boyle and his PA. Several no-cost samples were provided for post surgery trial use. There was zero pressure to purchase any of them. Dr. Boyle and his staff were always timely in their appointments with very minimal, if any, delay. Parking, often within a few feet of the entrance, is always available at no charge. During the pre-surgery biopsy Dr. Boyle listed carefully to my concerns and prescribed a mild anesthetic for the procedure which totally prevented any discomfort. I took the precaution of having ALL of my biopsy samples sent to John's Hopkins for a second opinion and they mostly agreed with Dr. Boyle's lab's biopsy conclusions only expanding on them slightly. Dr. Boyle, in my opinion and experience, is an excellent choice.

The other review is an outright lie. Dr. Boyle is one of the best qualified and most competent urologists in Toledo He is friendly and takes the time necessary to explain your condition and treatment options. He"s part of a group practice with its own building (and free parking) in a safe area. The only negative is scheduling, which can be difficult
