They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They were one of the most devoted, committed surgeons I've ever been to. They made sure that I was always attended to, and had everything I needed. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

They really care about informing their patients, and made sure I understood all of my treatment's risks and benefits. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
