The wait time can be long (which is understandable when you consider possible OB emergencies) but it's worth it. They fully answer all of my questions and when I have a test result the doctor calls me personally to review. She spends the time answering my questions. Dr. Jesse is extremely thorough and recalls specific details and information I've given her appointment to appointment. When I called to schedule an emergency visit, I was able to get an appointment with in the hour. When I had my baby Dr. Jesse returned to the hospital at 2:30 in the morning to check on me and make sure that my complications were resolving (and she wasn't on call). I could not be happier with the nurses, doctors and schedulers in her practice. I highly recommend her.

They treated me with utmost respect and were very kind. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed but I did have to wait a long time
