I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well.

I love how friendly and welcoming they are here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. I was completely at ease during my appointment here.
