I saw Dr Adams for an new patient visit and waited 85 minutes beyond my scheduled time, with one other patient in the waiting area. She was in with me literally under four minutes. That should have been my indication to seek another professional in the area. My follow up for routine testing 6/01 led me to making several calls for my results. First a week after my appointment, they had not yet been reviewed. Two weeks later I phoned again, still not reviewed and the Doctor was now on vacation. Never having abnormal results prior I wasn't to concerned it had taken so long, also assuming they were normal due to the time length. 06/30 I called once more pressing for my results, given to me by her RN, they were abnormal. I was immediately scheduled to see a specialist. I picked up my results 6/30 to see LapCorp had provided them to her on 06/03, two days following my visit. I wouldn't recommend her, at all. Patient care is delayed, recording keeping is poor, and communication is deplorable. I used to manage a high volume medical office in NYC, the way my abnormal results were handled is unacceptable.
