You left around 06-07- not sure and I had to find a new Dr. I am now seeing Dr. Cottle.
You were the BEST Dr. I ever had and I got complete results from you.
I also see a therapist Mr. Fred May on and off visits.
You were able to get disability for me and I am grateful for that !

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They are one of the most polite, respectful people I've ever met. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
