First off, what good is a anonymous review? If you aren't going to claim it don't leave it. I have seen Dr Issa over the years but was really surprised at how small his office is now, dark, not inviting at all. Staff was all business which is fine but after being told they would call to schedule an appointment as soon as they received reports from the hospital and I still haven't received a call, that was Sept. 25, I will call them and see if they don't have the reports after a month, surely someone should have followed up. I was told Dr. Issa would be retiring very soon but if that be the case why doesn't he make an announcement so his patients can find other doctors before he leaves.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
