Well I have seen him as my PCP in the past so I wasn't going in as a new paitent. He is a decent Dr. his staff are the ones I have issues with. The office is a HUGE place with over 20 other Doctors and I felt like I was more of a number than a paitent. I get the feeling his office is owned by an insurance company and it is now just a body shop including Pharmacy basically a one stop shop. I personally like a place where they know me and my needs as a patent. Once again he was a dr I saw in the past and that was how it was then but that was over 15 years ago now is a different story. I am going to switch PCPs because I don't like the feel of having a bar code on me. I see Doctors once a month so I am a little diffent than your avg pateint. He is good, the office is bad. Hope this helps

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

A little, but it was bearable

Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't
