It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Dr. Avery takes your health concerns very seriously and always makes herself available to me, even when I call at the last minute. Sometimes the wait times are a bit long but I can overlook that because the quality of the care is nothing short of stellar!
