My husband is in the military, they gave me a list of names/locations I was allowed to use. I went to Karen Smith; she was close, made an appt, showed up for the appt early to do first time visit paperwork. That took about 8-9 minutes for the paperwork, turned it in, and waited and waited and waited I was there for over 48 minutes passed my appt time. Finally, they called my name after my loving husband prompted them. Then I sat in a nurses triad area for another 20 minutes, again my husband got up and spoke to a nurse that walked by. With her quick snap answer, we decided to leave and never return. We were VERY Dissatisfied.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They are not the friendliest doctor in the world, but they are nice enough. I can't really complain about their bedside manner. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
