When you walk into the practice you are greeted with dirty mismatched and sometimes broken chairs in the waiting room. Trendy christian-only music plays over the speakers. My wait time was on average hour to an hour twenty five the three times I visited Dr. Parlier.

Dr. Parlier himself is soft spoken and you simply have to press him for any important details. Things like 'what would this CT scan tell us?', and 'so a negative result on this test means what for my diagnosis?'. Dr. Parlier seems to live in a world of routine not rooted in empathy or communication.

Dr. Parlier rushed me to have a same day, $2,200 (with my Aetna insurance) CT scan and neglected to tell me that he would be out of office for the next three days and would not be able to review it. This for my family and I was the most striking and indicative interaction with Dr. Parlier and his office. The front desk staff told me he wasn't in to look at it and there was nothing they could do. However, when I called back and got their automated message on the phone during lunch hour, the voicemail gave me directions to page the doctor, which the front desk staff had forgotten or neglected to tell me.

After being misdiagnosed three times for the same illness by Dr. Parlier - I landed in the emergency room.
