Dr Niemeyer continues to prescribe daladid, a synthetic morphine to patients who are opiate addicts saying the magic words "I'm in pain". Every junkie in and around the community knows that good old Dr Niemeyer will prescribe it for them when nobody else will. They sell these pills on the street for $20-40 each. They crush them up and inject them with a syringe. This incapacitates them for several hours and pushes them further into addiction. All he has to do is look at their arms and their lives. He has a medical responsibility and has taken an oath to not prescribe medications such as daladid irresponsibly. Daladid is as addictive as herion and destroys the lives of those who misuse it.
