I should have seen the signs ... Or have not ignored them ... That I had upon my first visit.
There is too much family/ friend involvement here for the good doctor to maintain his objectivity and judgment.
He all but ignored all I said after a accident and then got so overwhelmed with covering his on &$@% since I'd been pt. of record since forever, that he totally "all but forgot" I existed. When symptoms emerged in Ernest that to any Dr. (Especially Knowing a pt. for that long began); rather than seeing I got to chapel hill or duke, etc. for a second opinion by AN EXPERT, HE HAD -as I discovered on my own- already made his own REALLY UNFOUNDED AND IGNORANT "expert" opinion on the basis of his family physician degree.

Close your ears and just hum like ya did when you were a child
When he starts with his good to see ya's and complements and how much a part of the family you are.... What a pleasure it is to have you as. A patient.... or any such similar sounds/words might emerge.

Sure most docs seem to have no feelings at all anymore......BUT THAT SURE BEATS THE HECK out of "baloney" !... Ais usually is the case in such situations.... The knife is in your back already half way by then. AND THEN YA REALIZE IT WAS ALL AN ACT!!!
He made promises and suggestions as he shoved me off their little edge of the world that I now see we're just in hopes I'd not notice the knife in my back do anything that might tarnish his oh so stellar reputation. After all his reputation trumps my life (which I'm pretty certain he hopes will end soon) any day of the year.
Nice ACT if you're in the area and out for entertainment. So long as you don't mind the joke being on you...By all means, DONT MISS THIS SHOW! Unique and one of a kind. But I sure would like this knife out of my back, CAUSE IT IS KILLING ME. Apparently they like it there. What's a little harm between Doctor and Patient anyway?
