Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
