Like many people I stayed with Sloan only because his NP, Michelle Chambrone was pretty good. Sloan himself is not a good listener at all, and his diagnostic skills are worse then his bedside manner. I once saw him verbally abusing an elderly patient over something trivial. I have also heard his staff make disparaging comments about patients within earshot of the patient and other patients. Very unprofessional. You sometimes could notice a tension among staff there too.
I'm sure some staff are good, but there are enough to give me a dim view of his entire office. But the bottom line for me is that Sloan just isn't a skilled doctor.

They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
