This man does NOT LISTEN to the patient.
He doesn't know how to fill out any form you give him. (My 5 yr. old niece can do a better job, no lie!)
His favorite saying is you are getting old. Sorry this is not a diagnosis for a problem.
He left Dr. Kulkarni's because he didn't want a mill, he came full circle and acted that he had a new staff (Dr.'s, nurses etc. then opened an office in every town in Dutchess County now called Community Health Care. I would call this a $ mill.
The 1.5 star is because he is a nice man only.

If I could rate Dr. Sinha correctly he would get NO STARS. He should not be practicing medicine. When you stop listening to your patient and their symptoms it is time to change your profession.
