Dr Faust has been my PCP for 18 years and he is the best. He is efficient, brilliant and listens to the patient. When he does make a referral to another physician they are supremely qualified.

The staff is not that friendly anyone who has tried to get info or reach the doctor knows that. My problem is several years ago once in 2008 and now 2011 when I went for my colonoscopy I was told by dr Faust himself that if I was billed anything by the anesthesiologist I was to bring the bill or send to his office and he would handle. Shortly before the test the anestheologist gave me a paper to sign and again reassured me I would have no $$ responsibility. Guess what, the doctors had a fight dr. Faust fired her and the patients are screwed. I have been getting bills, sent them to the doctor who a year ago said he would handle. My. Credit rating will be effected and my bills are going into collection. I will try to contact other patients who are involved to see what they are doing. I have tried again to reach dr. Faust got the rude receptionist and no call back. If you have this problem please leave info here. I would contact you
