The staff does everything in their power to get you an immediate appointment if you are feeling ill. The staff is really friendly and helpful all of the time. Dr. Jao himself is an inspiration. He goes to PT every day and then to work. It makes you feel guilty for complaining about the little stupid stuff!! He is very nice and pays attention to every concern you have. He is very thorough.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

No. It took me several times to get through.
