They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

WAITING IS TERRIBLE!!!

FYI DR. HERMOGENES! 15 to 20 minutes per patient is enough to be the BEST DOCTOR that you want to be! Excuse my word but How in this world that you are spending between 30 to 45minutes or if you are lucky enough an hour for each pt. is quite normal.

Hmm.. maybe you are doing an OUT patient surgical procedure, the ANSWER is a BIG NO!!! Her staff cant even explain why in this world that she is spending an unusual amount of time for each patient!


YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE WHO DO THIS!! and PLEASEE YOUR PATIENT IS NOT ENOUGH FOR A PATIENT TO WAIT BETWEEN 1 HOUR TO 2HOURS just to SEE YOU.

FYI!!!

If you want to be a reliable good Dr., kindly be aware with the TIME you spent for each patient. THANK YOU!
