Although he is an excellent cardiologist, very trustworthy etc., office visits are lengthy and wait time is completely unacceptable. My parents are both patients of his and every time they go they are made to wait an hour or more before even seeing the doctor. They have asked if they can make an appointment and show up a half hour late but are told their names will go to the bottom of the list. This is absolutely atrocious and rude. Don't make appointments if you have to make people wait in the waiting room. My parents have lives outside of the doctor's office.
