Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

The doctor is friendly and vivacious, but doesn't really listen during the appointment time..I ABSOLUTELY did. Not appreciate his conversation he wanted to continue between my legs. Let me get up and cover up before talking!! The conversation was always like being a play with a boisterous Hollywood director. Some may find it great but it want a doctor who talks to me in a more professional manner. but They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.

The office was kind of gross and is incredibly outdated. It's so outdated that it's almost back in style! I felt like i needed to wash everything before i touched it and needed a Purell bath when I left. No obvious filth, but very worn and dingy. Bathrooms are not pleasant.

And turn that terrible TV OFF!!! Music might be easier than bad TV at full blast while waiting.

Staff is HORRIBLE. Hold times often reach over 7 minutes when calling the office. No greeting upon arrival except the terse "sign in and have a seat" and then the window gets slammed in your face. What the staff doesn't realize is all the crap they are saying about other patients can be HEARD by the entire waiting room which is incredibly uncomfortable as a patient. I left to go to another doctor because I wanted more privacy as a patient, wanted and expected medical staff to be more professional and friendly.

I think the office takes longevity as a sign that they are good, but try another doctor first. Use this office as a last resort and only if Planned Parenthood is closed.
