Receptionist is sooo rude. Interviews you as to why you need to see her on your first visit. He also considers insurance forms an administrative burden on the office and won't complete them. The doctor spends little time with you and can only treat the most basic of symptoms. She is not interested in treating people with complex conditions and is not interested in collaborating with other doctors. She actually told us she couldn't help us anymore but said to keep her informed. After going to another doctor who spent 3 hours with me he determined albornoz prescribed too low of a dose of meds for my condition. She is interested in volume not quality. Very ghetto.

I felt 'heard' by this provider. They listened to me and I am really impressed with their apparent concern for my well being. Whether I had a billing question an appointment question or a procedure prep question, the staff answered everything completely. They were clearly well trained and were very willing to take the time to help me. They were friendly and gracious the entire appointment and made me feel at home.
This Dr. is an excellent Rheumatologist who cares about her patients. She will spend as much time as is necessary to explain pertinent info that the patient may need to be treated correctly.
