I just called as a potential new patient, I was on hold for 10 minutes. When the receptionist answered, she asked my insurance and said I needed to call them and change the name on my card and that I can call the doctor back tomorrow to make an appointment. When I told her I was on hold for so long and asked if I could make an appointment and then change the doctors name on my card, she said no, you have to call back tomorrow. I asked her if today was just a busy day and I was told, no, we are under staffed. I then said, I guess I will find a doctor who is not so busy and she agreed and said good bye, have a nice day!
