They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.
