They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were very helpful, particularly the phone staff. The office was easy enough to find, with directions. I am a repeat client. I like the doctor and find him easy to talk to.

After 6 months of waiting for my initial appointment, they cancelled it without explanation. When I called to to reschedule, the office staff could not reschedule for another 7 months! They told me that they would have to talk with Dr. Slagle but never returned my calls...I called three times and spoke with three different people. How awful! This situation shouldn't happen to anyone else...avoid scheduling with Dr. Slagle as he obviously does not need your business and has no interest in following thru on a professional commitment.

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
