They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Dr. Anderson is a great Doctor and easy to discuss your issues with and listens to what you have to say.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

No, I didn't have to wait very long

Absolutely! I never have a problem!
