I felt honored as a person throughout my whole visit. I was given a listening ear by the receptionist, nurse & doctor. Dr Dunfield entered the room, introduced himself & called my Ms _____. Then asked if he could call me by my first name. I felt un-worthy to recieve such proper ettiquate as I am but a 28yr old!!! Dr Dunfield had knowledge of the best way to treat my situation. Not only did he give his method but he went the extra mile & explained what was going on inside my ear! Very helpful to me as I can't see in there!!! Although Dr Dunfield far exceeded my expectations as a doctor my favorite person was the receptionist! I will learn her name next time. This visit was at the State Line office location.
