Shes is a wonderful Dr. and has a friendly staff. The one and ONLY complaint I have, and it has only been like this for the last year, is that EVERTIME Dr. approves a refill on any of my medications, I wait at least 2 to 5 days for whoever is suppose to call it in to my pharmacy, 99% of the time after not hearing anything, I have to call up office and ask them if they can call it in, which they do immediately after i call. That is getting old and unprofessional real quick!
They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
