I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
