This was one of the most disappointing dental office visits in my life and I'm a 50 year old woman. I brought my child there for an emergency visit through a referral. The receptionist made the appointment for 12 the same day. We were there on time and the doctor, NEVER showed up. The receptionist told us he had an emergency in Marco Island office. So, as I left I called the receptionist at Marco Island, and she said no she thought he was at Bonita Springs office seeing my daughter. The support team took a Cat scan of my daughter's mouth and couldn't evaluate what was wrong so they sent her home with a prescription for valium and steriods and rescheduled her for the next week. Of course, I found someone else who could show up to work, and they wanted the cat scan disc. I called and left a message that I would be there to pick it up. When I arrived the receptionist told me I couldn't have possibly left a message because their phone system wasn't working today. I told her what I wanted and she said that would be $95 and 48 hours I could have a copy of the cat scan. I'm sorry, but I'm pretty sure my fabulous insurance is getting raped by this office in what their charging for whatever this is they supposedly did. Take some pictures and send a 19 year old with some medication. We could have called an internet online doctor for that. The doctor, not coming in, must have been called away to play golf or have lunch. Ridiculous! Don't go here!

Went to Bonita Dental Care for their 89$ cleaning special. Found the office to be pleasant and clean. Had a very thorough but pain free cleaning by Danielle. Also had a very thorough exam by Dr Campbell. Was happy with my visit and will be returning for my six month check up.
