This Office is amazing! If you are or ever have been afraid of going to the dentist, this is the Office for you . They are all professional, kind, and considerate of your feelings, the staff always greet you with a smile. I had extensive work done over several months and never had an ounce of pain. Dr. Dean called after each visit personally to see how I was doing.
The Office is structured to have every aspect of dental care available by specialist in one place. This office changed my opinion of going to the Dentist. From being scared to go ..to now recommending others to go as my experience was so amazing. The office is brand new, clean, quiet and friendly..best yet, the Doctors are top notch and highly educated at the countries best dental schools.
I would highly recommend this Office.

I went to this provider since they are a dentist a co-worker went to and said they were o.k. I told them it had been a while since I'd seen a dentist and they took x-rays and after poking around in my mouth and calling out numbers said that I had gaps and would have to get a debridement that was not covered by my insurance (turns out it was covered 100%) and that I would have to get a deep root cleaning and that again my insurance didn't cover it (my insurance actually said they covered 80% afterwards) Stupidly I trusted them and then they tried to upsell me on some type of antibiotic they would put in my pockets to help heal my gums and would cost about $1,000 out of pocket since my insurance wouldn't cover it, so I declined. When I came back for my second cleaning they charged me $250.00 and I was surprised since last time I was charged $54. When I asked the secretary to explain the difference she acted like it was a silly question and that I had a deductible of $50 and that once for the next two procedures I would not have to pay. I was still confused so when I called my insurance company and they told me I was over charged $165.00 for the services I got, the dental office explained that irrigation was not covered. This was the first time they told me this, or I would have told them not to do it. Not only that, but they didn't tell me I was pre-paying for services not even rendered yet. I was so mad that I told them to refund me for the $60.00 they said they charged for each irrigation (they broke up the procedures in quadrants so that they could charge me $60.00 each time instead of in one visit- real nice) when I told them I wanted to be refunded for services not authorized and earned, they said they would do so once they got payment from the insurance company. I will definitely not be going back and will take my business elsewhere. They are getting adequate payment from my insurance without having to try and upsell me at every turn. To top it off they tried to tell me each filling I needed would be done by inlay at about $540.00 a pop. No thanks. I've never seen a dental practice with such lack of regard for their patients finances. Run away from this place.
