The wait time is horrible!!! I checked in 15 minutes before my appointment and didn't get seen for 1 hour and 45minutes.. people that came an hour after I arrived was even able to be seen before me. The receptionist needs more training or they need to pay her more to do her job right she was rude. The dental hygienists were rude as everrr.. after sitting for almost two hours and finally back they thought I'd wana sit and wait again oncw I got back there..smh. if anyone know any GOOD dwntal places please please let me know im so fed up with bradley dental this happens every time even the dentist is rude he dont like to answer questions about your teeth when u have a concern he just wana dope you up and send u on your way
