The doctor and my hygienist are great! I only have a problem with the office manager. I overheard a conversation that she was having and she was belittling the staff member she was talking to. I will not return to that office because of her. If you cant respect your employees than I dont believe that you deserve to run a business.

I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all.
