Dr. Calderone is professional and caring.
Unfortunately, the office manager is unprofessional, rude and very uncooperative.
He was uncaring and derogatary and would not even discuss pay off with a minimal balance ( under 50 dollars ) on the account.
Sadly, because of his demeanor and clear control over the office staff, I discontinued my business there for myself and my family.
Even though Dr. Calderone is exceptional, her decision for office leadership was a mistake. There are far too many other capable and compassionate dental providers out there. I am moving on.
