I went to my appointment today. When I got there they told me that my appointment was tomorrow! This isn't the first time they have messed up my appointment date! I made a special effort to get there, because if you miss a couple of your appointments you're out of the clinic.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.. The dentist was friendly enough. The dental staff were rough with my son and made him cry both times he was there today. On top of that, they were more concerned with their lunch break then his care and were so sloppy, they sealed a cavity on a tooth that was supposed to be treated that day so that the dentist could not fill it. They did not even offer to fix their mistake, but sent him home with a cavity that will only get worse due to their sloppy work. Worse excuse for a dental office I have ever seen. I felt so bad for my son I wanted to cry too.
